Horsey Sleepwear? Jammies? Costumes? Dress your horses and ponies in style with our custom designed stretch sheets, matching hoodies, tail bags and braid-in tail wraps! These are really handy for keeping your horse clean after his bath and before a show. Also great for using under sheets and winter blankets to prevent rubbing. We use all stretch stitching so seams will give with movement of the fabric, 2" industrial strength hook and loop (Velcro) closure used on the belly band for a snug, secure fit. Stainless steel D rings and stainless steel swivel snaps are used on the leg straps for added stability and comfort. The neck is reinforced with fleece binding for comfort and to prevent mane rub. Sheets feature contoured hips and closed front for better fit. Hoods are full zippered for easy on and off access. Please see charts below for how to measure. New for 2009! Our stretch hoodies are also made of 4 way stretch nylon/lycra fabric. Made with generously sized patterns and 4 way stretch fabrics. Features large eye and ear holes and wide adjustable fleece lined noseband. These comfy hoods are also stretch stitched to move with the fabric to resist thread tear. These are one piece hoods with no seam on the top of the poll to prevent rubbing. Instead you get a sleek smooth fit that adheres to your horses head and neck. Also features under the neck lengthy heavy duty zipper for a secure closure with 2" industrial strength velcro to fasten underneath the muzzle. We line the eye and ear holes with fleece binding to prevent fabric rub and also bind fleece to the muzzle opening for a soft secure fit. These hoods are great for training and protecting the mane and keeps braided and banded manes secure and clean. This is how you need to measure your horse for a sleek smooth fit.

After we get all of your measurements, we compare them to our size chart and will alter if necessary. We do this to try and custom fit the hoodie to the individual horse for a better fit than simply the universal small, medium or large. We also offer matching tail bags and braid-in tail wraps for the hoodies and stretch sheets.

Congratulations to our own My Zippomyster aka Scuba Steve for taking Grand Champion at the 2006 annual Atwoods Pet Costume Contest held at the Clarksville Atwoods store on Sunday, October 29th 2006. Pictured is Assistant Store Manager Shane Chronister, "Scuba Steve" and owner Debbie Beaupre. Scuba Steve was sporting his Rocky Acres Ranch Equine Designs yellow slinky set along with his Garfield beach towel, pony innertube, front leg floaties, diving snorkel and goggles. He was totally humiliated when it was all said and done but the horsey treats that he got made up for the embarassement. ;o0
Here is Buddy modeling our Camo set at the Arkansas Mountain Horse Association Sporthorse Show at Foothills Arena in Clarksville in the spring of 2008.
And here is Buddy in the same Camo set at the 2007 Clarksville Atwoods Costume Contest held in October. This was his second year to receive Grand Champion honors. He sported a hunting bow on the left side, rifle on the right, hunting license attached to his halter and a roll of toilet paper attached at the other end. Thanks to Buddy for ALL he puts up with! ;o0
Costumes are not just for full size horses....we can customize them for minis as well. This was taken at the 2005 Atwoods Pet Costume Contest. You think Buddy was humiliated.... Miracle Star was extremely aggrevated with us after all was said and done but she won a bag of treats and that made it all better.
This is Baby Chancey in his first ever stretch sheet. Chance is a miniature pony and was 3 months old in this picture. He thought it was pretty cool to play dress up.

If you are interested in one of our stretch sheets or hoodies, please email us for fabric availability at rockyacresranch@centurytel.net Some of our listed fabrics are available only in limited quantities. We try and keep a few 78" & 82" sheets (our biggest sellers) made up and on hand for "need it now" orders. Otherwise, please allow 3-5 days for delivery unless otherwise specified. More time may be needed if we have to special order fabric. All shipments via Priority Mail which usually delivers in 2-3 days. Depending on the size of the order, most 2 piece shipments can be shipped for $12.00. Please contact us with any questions you may have. We do not offer the full body sheets with the attached hoodie for the simple fact that we personally prefer the separate pieces. You can simply remove the sheet and leave the hood on to prevent messing up banded or braided manes. Also, if the hood or sheet gets torn up on a full body with attached hood, the whole thing has to be replaced. With the unattached hood, you have the option of replacing whichever piece gets torn up. All sheets, hoodies and tail bags are machine washable - gentle cycle.
Pygmy goat sweaters!!!! Despite what many think, goats like to be fashionable as well. ;o0 Our Pygmy goat sweaters are made of soft stretch fleece with velcro around the chest and under the belly for comfort. These are great for those cold winter days when it is damp and your goats are shivering and having a hard time staying warm. To measure your dog or Pygmy goat for a sweater, you simply measure from the center of the chest to the center of the tail and then also around the belly right behind the front legs. Colors come in black, blue, orange, green, burgandy, maroon and purple just to name a few. We can also get different colors as well as prints so be sure and contact us if you do not see what you are looking for.
